La résidence était vraiment belle il n'y avait pas d'accueil donc c'était difficile pour rentrer et la WiFi ne marcher pas mais le service était super.
Muy bello el lugar, las habitaciones muy cómodas, equipadas y hermosas. Lo malo, la ubicación, queda muy lejos de la playa, de comercios para comprar comida. Al final terminas gastando un montón en taxis y transporte público.
Bel endroit, un peu excentré, mieux vaut être véhiculée! Les chambres sont super grandes mais hélas peut fournies en matériel et très mal insonorisées... Par contre personnels à votre écoute, super sympa!
¡Increíble estancia! La comunicación excelente, Irving estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos recibió. Todo el personal muy amable y atento. El lugar es hermoso: grande, súper limpio, gran diseño y cómodo. Muy moderno y nuevo. Aire acondicionado en todos los espacios y una cocina muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones espaciosas y los baños com excelente presión de agua. Hay mosquiteros en todas las ventanas. La piscina está muy a gusto para pasar una tarde relajada. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí si vienen a Tulum. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Sin duda volveré! El centro y la playa queda a 10 mins en auto.
Unterkunft war super. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vorort. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Juan war immer erreichbar und stets um eine Lösung bemüht. Ganze 2 Wochen wurden wir vom Büro ( welches nicht vorort im Niwa war) mit dem zurücküberweisen der Kaution vertröstet. Es hieß andauernd, das es bald gemacht wird. Dann konnten sie mit der Bankverbindung (SEPA) nichts anfangen, dann sollte es per Paypal funktionieren, dann wieder nicht, dann wieder Banküberweisung. Letztendlich haben wir es per PayPal bekommen. Und natürlich wurden die Spesen uns weiterberechnet, obwohl es mit Freundschaftsüberweisung ohne Spesen für beide funktioniert hätte. Habe danach noch versucht das Büro zu erreichen - leider ohne Erfolg. Fazit: Kaution unbedingt in Cash vorher verlangen!
Muy buen servicio que brinda el personal todo muy bonito y LIMPIO muy comodas las camas, las habitaciones familiares están completas cocina, sala, cuarto de lavado EXCELENTE PARA PASAR TUS DIAS EN TULUM Y DESCANSAR MUY BIEN
Lugar alejado del ruido y tranquilo. Me encanto la comodidad de las habitaciones, la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Como recomendación hay áreas que necesitan mantenimiento y mayor limpieza.
